HAELIUM is a French producer whose dreamy electronica is a mix of cinematic textures, ethereal atmospheres and punchy beats. Influenced by the sounds coming out of labels such as Warp, Brainfeeder and Erased Tapes, HAELIUM’s music is a place where opposites meet, offering a refreshing blend of deep melancholy and childlike optimism. After several remixes, HAELIUM released his first EP “Recovery” in 2020 on Nowadays Records, and his debut album “Expanding” was released in 2021 on Future Archive Recordings. He has seen a lot of growth in the few years he’s been releasing music, ranging from editorial playlists on Spotify & Apple Music, to press coverage from XLR8R, This Song Is Sick, Clash Magazine, Stereofox, and more.
After some new collaborations and singles, HAELIUM is releasing “Once” on our label, in April 2023. This track continues the producer’s delicate approach to fusing electronic music with forward-thinking indie melodies. It blends cinematic piano, mesmerizing melancholic vocals, dreamy textures and a punchy indie electronic beat: it then evolves to an epic spacious finale. An instrumental beat remix by Dutch producer Dotlights will follow the release in the summer of 2023. Stay tuned!
